How do i play on "Get fixed boi" seed? (2024)

The everything seed aka Zenith or getfixedboi seed is possible to play with a fresh character.

To start with, you'll want to chop down some ash trees to get wood, which you can then use to create an Ash sword or bow. It will help against the lava slimes. The trees also have a chance to drop rope upon mining them so you can use that to make it easier to ascend to the upper level. Though you can also use the wood you've chopped to create platforms or a staircase up.

It can be tricky to mine around the crisp honey in the mushroom biome above, but once you get past that, it gives you more options to explore and find ore/chests that will help you get on your feet.

If you're playing on Legendary mode (which is what the difficulty is called if you generate this seed on Master mode, because it increases classic to expert and expert to master) that'll be part of the game. Enemies are going to hurt a lot since it is the game's hardest challenge currently.

It is hard to hide from bosses in this world, since they will spawn in the underworld as well as the surface. You can try the middle layers for hiding.

Angry nimbus does spawn in the layer where it rains.

Yeah, the lava area is hard to terraform and the enemies there are much harder than in the ash island in the middle.

There's no lava in the center of the underworld, so goblins spawn there, but enemies in general don't take damage from the 'on fire' effect of lava.

I don't know what happens to gnomes.

This seed includes the Drunk seed so all ores spawn.

There are larvae everywhere in this seed and they can be broken by many natural events.

There is a big vertical stripe of corruption on one side of the world and a big stripe of corruption on the other, with the top surface being divided evenly into corruption and crimson. When you get the hallow, one of the vertical stripes on the side becomes hallow.

The solar eclipse still occurs, it just says 'The Monsters Have Awakened'.

There's also a new boss in this seed.

8. Hallow will override corruption/crimson or what exactly happens if there is both evils in world and i go to hardmode?

1. I don't think there is a way to avoid it normally. A roundabout way could be to exit the game once EoC spawns then come back to avoid fighting it.
2. I think it does.
3. Water won't stay in the Underworld later correct.
4. Goblins/Pirates can't survive in lava. It'll whittle down their health. If you have a shallow lava area you've setup, they can still walk through it while taking damage. Though they will be pretty resilient to it if you're on a high difficulty.
5. Not sure about this one.
6. For the everything seed it has all ores. Both Gold & Platinum generate for example.
7. Likely a larva that got broken. A stray projectile could've hit it for example. Queen Bee larvae appear in many places not normally found due to the Not the Bees seed effect.
8. Hallow will replace either corruption or crimson on the edge of the world. It will always be in the side that has Jungle. Both Corruption & Crimson will still be heavily present even when Hallow covers a portion of the world. It is only on the outer edge.
8. Eclipse runs from 4:30am to 7:30pm as it would if there were a normal in-game day.

Before cheating, maybe try a couple of these tricks:

Use jester arrows by farming stars. The piercing of the arrows combined with a good bow, maybe the Demon or marrow, can be very effective. Grenades and beenades are also a good choice for ranger.

Armor is important too. You'll want at least platinum if you don't have it already. Maybe get fossil if you're playing ranger. It's less defense, but more damage, and defense doesn't really do much in Legendary mode. Necro is good if you have already beat skeletron.

Accessories are key. I would recommend Spectre boots or higher, band of regeneration, Balloons/bottles, and whatever can give you more damage.

Build an arena on the surface as well. Try building platforms just high enough where the eater can't reach, but low enough where it doesn't despawn. Add a campfire, a heart lantern, honey pools, and a bast statue.

Potions are also key. Get as many buffs as you can. Swiftness, iron skin, inferno, life force, archery, etc.

Ranger is also the safest option to play, since you can easily keep your distance. If you want other set-ups, I can provide.

I have all buffs active plus i use Mythical Demon Scythe plus bow and Unholy arrows but still no luck - i die before it goes below around 9000 hp so i think 2-3 players helping can beat this boss

2. How water chest spawned in lava? I thought it can't spawn in honey or lava only in water?
3. So game assumes surface is a layer above mushroom biome? It affects gnomes as i can see also i guess if angler quest saying surface i can catch some fish there. Btw i found stoned gnome while going trough tunnels to higher layers.
4. How do i lure Skeletron out of his vault? His room is underground and i need some space for maneuver, i guess best place for fight is surface
5. Why spawning Eater of Words cause all Eaters of Souls act as Corruptor(they spit at me?) and why sometimes killing segment spawn Eater of Souls(biggest one)?
6. In frozen jungle how does ice torch affect luck?

1. That is intended to prevent sequence breaking. If dungeon enemies dropped their normal items in that situation, the player could get golden keys and bypass Defeating Skeleton to get Dungeon loot such as the Cobalt Shield or Muramasa.
2. There's a couple of reasons it may have resulted in that. Such as during the world generation when liquids settled, water intersected with lava in the area that chest was in.
3. Yes, the forest area above the initial mushroom area acts as the surface would. It also contains ocean content due to how the surface oceans on this seed are fully infected.
4. That takes some setup. One way would be to build an arena on the surface and then using rope to climb to the arena after cursing the Old Man.
5. That's a unique effect that the Eater of Worlds can do on this seed. (It also happens on the For the Worthy seed). It can summon Eater of Souls that can shoot vile spit similar to Corruptors.
6. It should increase luck whether you use jungle or ice torches if you're in an area where jungle & ice intersect. If you have the torch god's favor enabled, that will also automatically bring the proper torch for the biome if you are using regular torches. It should convert to ice or jungle.

Seems like areas where ice && jungle intersects i should use ice one to get luck - i see such thing first time i play Terraria maybe it's because i created world with this seed
